Victoria Oaks

The site plan threads the homes along a single loop road, with model lines color-coded across the community and a model home placed near the entry. The flagship Horizon is a three-story townhome—three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, roughly 2,577–2,591 SF—stacked vertically to keep a compact footprint while providing a private street entry and upper-floor terrace.

For each model, I drew floor plans and front/rear elevations, then developed a controlled set of exterior types that vary brick, siding, trim, and doors so the streetscape reads as individual homes rather than repetition. The material schedule links each finish to a product and color, while the lookbook combines the master plan, plans, elevations, and material boards into one sales-ready package.
