The design does not treat different functions as mechanically separated zones. Instead, it establishes a continuous living sequence throughout the extended-stay experience. From the relationship between living, working, and dining inside the suites to the moments of pause, interaction, and sharing in the public areas, each space is understood as a different point within the same experiential chain. A consistent material language, furniture scale, and detail strategy create a more natural transition between guest suites and public spaces, making longer stays feel more comfortable, legible, and grounded.

At the core of the project is the transformation of “extended stay” from a simple accommodation model into a spatial experience closer to everyday living. The suites support sleeping, working, dining, and storage, while the public areas extend into scenes of gathering and lingering. Within the framework of IHG brand standards, the design emphasizes comfort, flexibility, and long-term usability, allowing the hotel environment to retain a warmer, more lived-in quality within a standardized brand system.
