Guestroom renovation focused on spatial optimization, FF&E coordination, custom millwork, and design documentation.
As the lead designer, I reworked the guestroom as a more cohesive and functional interior system. The design reorganizes the relationship between sleeping, working, storage, and media functions, using a warm wood headboard wall, compact desk-and-media millwork, integrated lighting, and a refreshed material palette aligned with La Quinta brand standards.
The scope covered the full FF&E and casegoods package, including headboards, desks, media consoles, nightstands, seating, mirrors, window treatments, finish selections, fabrics, and specification sheets. Rather than treating these elements as separate items, the package was coordinated as a unified guestroom language, balancing durability, brand consistency, and everyday use.
I produced the guestroom renderings and coordinated multiple rounds of review comments into a clean submittal package. Through drawings, specifications, and visual documentation, the renovation concept was translated into a clear design package ready for review, coordination, and implementation.
