Power-Build Construction
The Grove at Blue Ridge
A for-sale community of compact townhomes and cottages in the Georgia foothills.
The community offers a simple choice of two products. Birchwood townhomes are two-bedroom, two-bath units of roughly 1,080 SF, grouped in short rows along the street; Alder cottages are one-bedroom, one-bath homes of roughly 816 SF set as detached units. Both share a single warm material palette — fiber-cement siding, white trim, a contrasting front door and a slender porch column — so the streetscape reads as one neighborhood rather than two products.
I worked from site plan to construction documents: laying out the lots, refining the plans for buildability and code, drawing the front and rear elevations, and assembling the material and color schedule. The marketing set — streetscapes, plans and a material board for each type — was prepared so buyers and the builder could read the homes the same way.
