The building offers a full range of unit types — studios through multi-bed shares (A1 through F-series) — each drawn as a furnished plan so residents can read how the space actually lives: where the bed, desk, kitchen and bath fall, and how roommates share. The mix keeps small footprints efficient while giving every type a clear, livable diagram.

The identity ties the whole building together. Under "The Hive" brand, each apartment door becomes a numbered portrait — a vivid, faceted pop-art likeness of a scientist or philosopher set against a saturated color field. The portraits double as wayfinding and as a small daily encouragement: residents come home past Newton, Einstein, Da Vinci or Curie. I developed the unit plans and designed the signage system — the portraits, layout, room-numbering and the door-panel artwork.
