Hollywood & Main is a sold and continuously built residential community with more than seven housing types. The project is not only about offering a larger number of floor plans, but about organizing different housing products into a clear, marketable, and genuinely livable community system. Narrow-lot townhomes, multi-level organization, individual entries, and compact planning work together to form a continuous street edge, while allowing each home type to retain its own residential character within the larger community.

The completed interior photos make the value of the project tangible. Open kitchens, central islands, dining areas, and living rooms connect naturally, showing that compact homes can still support generous everyday living. Furnished bedrooms, bathrooms, and living spaces further demonstrate that these plans are not only sales drawings, but homes that can be built, occupied, and used over time. For me, the project completes a full loop from design and construction to sales and real occupancy, bringing the spatial decisions on paper back into everyday life.
