Zongwei Chen Residence

The design brings plan efficiency, roof form, and façade proportion together into a compact residential volume. Through carefully coordinated openings, rooflines, and exterior surfaces, the project creates a restrained and livable architectural expression that was developed in three dimensions and ultimately built on site.
