An ascending staircase preserves the site's history and connects old and new while respecting the existing silos; carefully chosen openings and materials break down the massing and add vitality.

Breeding and manufacturing sit in the basement, labs on the first and second floors and public space on top, all carried by a steel structure of cantilevered trusses and curved walls.
